Overview

AI Growth Manager is provided by Arthyna Private Limited. This policy explains how we handle information when a merchant connects Shopify or Google Ads and uses our dashboard and SEO drafting tools.

Information we process

  • Shopify data: the store identity and the read-only products, order summaries, sales, inventory, and traffic information needed to show dashboard insights.
  • Google Ads data: information required to request keyword ideas and related planning metrics after a user authorizes Google Ads access.
  • SEO draft inputs: selected product titles, descriptions, and keyword metrics when a user asks for a suggested title, description, or metadata.
  • Technical information: connection status and secure session information needed to operate the app.

How we use information

We use this information only to provide the requested dashboard, keyword research, and review-first SEO drafting features. We do not sell merchant or Google user data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Service providers and sharing

The app uses Shopify to access authorized store data, Google to access authorized Google Ads services, and Vercel to host the app. When you request an AI SEO draft, selected product copy and keyword metrics may be sent to OpenRouter for text generation. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy practices. We share only the information needed to provide the feature you choose.

Retention and security

We keep information only for as long as needed to provide the service and maintain an authorized connection. Google Ads connection credentials are stored in an encrypted, HTTP-only session cookie and are not exposed to browser JavaScript. We use HTTPS and reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can stop using the app, revoke the app's access in Shopify or Google, or contact us to request deletion of information associated with your account. Revoking access may prevent related app features from working.
